A quaint café with some great coffee.

Atmosphere: 3/5 – Quaint with not a lot of seating. Antique vibe.

Price: $$$/5 – Average for a high-end café but will put a dent in your wallet if you visit often.

Customer Service: 4/5 – Servers were polite. Service was average speed.

Location: 4/5 – Lots of nice shops nearby. Close to river & transit.

Taste: 4/5 – High quality, reasonably strong, but not the smoothest tasting.

Menu: 3/5 – Small menu size with nothing unique to Collective.

Sustainability: 4/5 – Fair trade beans. Noodle stirring sticks.

Strengths – Sustainable initiatives, fast + tasty.

Weaknesses – Small menu, not much seating.

Good items to buy: Iced Latte, Cappuccino.

Summary: 3.7/5 - Overall, I would recommend stopping by Collective Coffee, it is one of the best cafes in Saskatoon. While their menu is lacking in size it makes up for it in taste. I really appreciate the noodle stirring sticks. One thing I wish they had is some unique drinks because it would make their café stand out and make customers feel the need to come back (eg// saskatoon berry syrup cold brew).

Thank you for taking the time to read my review and I hope it helps you!! 😊
